My current, great psychiatrist

My current doctor is tall and skinny. He's extremely smart. He smokes. I remember I loosened up a bit when I learned that he smoked.

My doctor is empathetic.

My doctor likes mentally ill people. He wants to help them.

He's extremely popular.

My doctor is not taking new patients.
