A gift of your time. You could treat her to coffee and pastry some afternoon, for instance. Or pack a box lunch and take her on a mini-roadtrip through a scenic area to a silly destination. (The best place I've gone was a marble-making factory with glass-blowing demonstrations!) I love it when my friends plan something like that, because we don't do such things very often.
